We have taken out walls, renovated and painted. Now we have moved into our new, bright space at Bleicherstrasse 23 in Lucerne.
"Unfortunately, we had to leave our old place at Bürgenstrasse 4 in Lucerne much too soon because the building will be replaced by a new one. But changes also bring opportunities. We have definitely taken these with our new studio and are grateful that things have turned out the way they have.
When we were looking for a new location, it was important to us that it be a space with a certain twist. Spaces in which we can be hands-on and develop ourselves.
We found that here at Bleicherstrasse 23 in Lucerne. The before and now state is hardly recognisable. Existing walls were removed, opening up the space. Ceilings that had been hanging down were dismantled, exposing a new room height of almost four metres. The holes in the walls were repaired and given a fresh coat of white paint. The unfinished floor was realised with a high-quality, light grey poured floor from Senso. Interventions that give the space a huge upgrade and generosity.
When you enter our new studio, the first thing you notice are the high, bright and friendly rooms. Rooms in which you immediately feel comfortable and enjoy spending time. This is where we, Simone Hölzl and Christine Urech from niuform GmbH, are at home.
