The NZZ Stool by «niu».

The NZZ readers like exclusivity. The NZZ shop in Zurich offers a selection of exquisite products. Among them is the niu stool in a limited edition.

At a tradeshow, the NZZ became aware of our furniture collection and asked us if we could design a stool version based on the existing stool exclusively for the NZZ. Together with NZZ, various wood and colour variations were visualised and discussed. Two variants convinced the NZZ: the ash stool with a white gradient and the walnut stool with a black gradient. The gradient runs from the top to the bottom of the legs, the seat remains natural wood.

To underline the exclusivity, each stool got its own number and an NZZ engraving. A great cooperation with a great partner, with great readers. The stools went like hot buns at Christmas time. The walnut version is currently sold out, the ash version is still available. If you are interested, look at their website or directly in the NZZ shop in Zurich.
