Our customer is given an exclusive insight into the production of her custom-made chairs and dining table.
When you need a new piece of furniture, you go to a retailer’s shop. How and where it was made, not to mention the person who made it, is something the buyer usually doesn't know.
For our client, we were able to create customised dining chairs and a dining table. From the beginning, she was closely involved in the process and was also given the opportunity to visit the production facilities in person. First, we stopped by the Struck upholstery studio. There she was able to try out a large selection of upholstery for the dining chair and the optimum seat height was defined. Also, the favourite fabric was chosen from a huge collection of samples.
The dining table and the base of the chair were produced by Tossa GmbH. An especially chosen stained oak was used for this. In the carpentry workshop, we were able to examine the wooden seat shell, which is no longer visible in its final upholstered state. Next to it, the assembled dining tabletop was waiting for its further processing.
Our customer was enthusiastic about the visits to the two productions. She very much appreciated meeting the ""makers"" of her furniture and exchanging ideas with them personally.
